I have completed my b. Tech in 2011
I did't get my certificate
I got 49.45%
Those people not issue my certificate
Without my certificate i can't do any job and i don't have money i am devoiced also
I am committed to suicide if those people does not issue my certificate...
I am complaint to the height er authority but i did't get any answer
How can i get my certificate...?

Hi my name is Harjot Singh Malhotra me and my family are getting harassment calls from ur recovery department abusing my family and also threatening us this is a serious concern and I request this to be stopped or else it could lead to something worse .
