Sbi Collect — Transaction failed but amount got debited

My name Manoj Kumar Singh.Last night date 02/04/2016 time between 12 am to 2 am I paid my counselling fees through sbi collect facility amount of rupees 5866 got debited from my bank of India debit card and message of amount debited rupees 5866 also came to my mobile.But the transaction was failed and no e-reciept or transaction number came. Please refund my rupees 5866 to my bank of India account from which it got debited as I have to pay the fees latest by 04/04/2016. Thank you I have my complaint will be processed in short time.
