[Resolved]  SBI — Complaint - Home Loan - Girish Chandra

I have applied for a home loan of Rs 25.00 lacs with SBI bank and accordingly provided a cheque for processing amount (Chq No 365491, dated-12.05.2014, Bank-ICICI Bank, Amount-Rs 6500/-) and SBI presented it and got cleared but due to ZDA norms not full-filling, my loan has not been processed but in the same building & same floor, my neighbor’s flat has been financed by SBI itself. Don’t know, how JDA norms differed for me and my neighbor? To decide and rejecting the file, it took almost 40 days time that is also on my regular follow-ups and then returned the file with above mentioned reason and because of this undue delay, my builder has charged me Rs 33k interest (@24% as per my sale deed). Now, I would request you to pls arrange the refund of my processing amount & interest amount which has been charged because of delay by SBI ASAP.
