SBI Credit Card — Card blocked within 3 months after issue and deduction of annual fees

SBI has issued card in Oct 2015 after approval and submission of all required documents and blocked Nov 2015. The card was not even used for single time. I have also paid the Annual fees of Rs. 568 on time and that also not refunded. they have even not informed me and get the message at the time of transaction. Neeraj Kumar [protected]
