This is autrocious. the worst customer service i have ever encountered. either people sitting in help desk are illiterate or they dont know how to handle problems.I had told them many times that there was a double debit from my savings account for same amount for credit card bill.on 7th mar i paid credit card bill by net banking and on 8th march it was auto debit from account.
but my problem remains there only. guys i know i have auto debit facility for my credit card bill but it was for 5th of every month. I did it by myself as bill was not auto debited on 5th and so i did pay by net banking and you did auto debit on 8th mar.
Now please dont tell me all sort of stories. why cant you solve our problem at once in minimum time.do we have time for you people only with worst services.
who will give me interest on that amount which got auto debited.
if little bit shame is there then kindly reimberse my amount in my savings bank account.
