SBI Credit Card — Fraudulent transaction from sbi credit card

I am an Sbi credit card Holder, SBI Credit Card No.4377 XXXX XXXX 9681, am writing to you regarding a big concern I am facing.
On 20/08/15 received SMS & mail that transaction done of Rs, 95000 & Rs.19000/- on 7.39 PM at Shiv Shakti Electronics. This transaction is not done by myself.I haven't recd. any OTP or doesn't ask my Pin. This transaction is done without using card, as i am holding this card with myself.
I have traced merchant & found two fraud people using fake cards. We handover them to Bhaynder Police Stn. & complaint to SBI Credit card & submitted them my FIR copy. Then SBI given me temporary credit of the said amount & they recover same amount from that merchant also & they told me that there team will investigate & solve the issue. I told them that i want permanent credit i will not pay any amount i already harrased & mentally disturbed. They told we will reply you soon. But no reply recd. in written i contacted them they verbally told that issue resolved. Now on 18/02/16 again they debited same amount on my account & charges me over limit charges also.
Then i contacted them their executive told me that issue solved & I have to pay the amount. But why should i pay if i have not done any transaction.
Please help me out
