SBI Credit Card — Hidden charges

SBI CREDIT CARD I AM HOLDING IT FROM 12 YRS. I HAVE been charged retail charges FROM 3 months. As per sbi they are telling if I am having Balance transfer in my account. Then all fresh and cash transaction will accure interest. After knowing this I cleared all dues of retail in 10 days. But after clearing every thing I HAVE been charged interest. Now executive are telling if you do BT second time it will be considDred retail transaction. I AM being been charged double interest. Sbi is cheating customer hard earned money. Executive are giving wrong information they are not trained. I AM fed up with sbi credit card. I am soon closing credit card. Customer executive are sending company policy by mail.
