SBI Credit Card — Not getting Monthly Statement & debiting the account unreasonably | |||
I have SBI Credit Card since last 3 years but till date i had not received a single statement. As & when i purchase i pay the same but till date i do not have any single statement. I had updated my address numbers of time also informed on toll free number mailed but there is resolution of my query. They are charging unreasonably stating that i had not pay due amount but how do i know & without statement how can i pay. I was paying directly that amount which i remember but is my right to get the statement also & know about my purchase. Now they had change some penalty/default money INR 20560/- which i will not pay because they had never provided a statement. Already inform them to close the card but they are delaying. I want to close this card for ever & i will not pay any single amount as default money. I had paid what i need to pay but will not pay which is not my liability. Was this information helpful? | |||
