SBI Credit Card — Pathetic services and harrassment by sbi cards

On 27th jan i wrote my complaint to sbi credit cads @ [protected]@sbicard.com. I was expecting that someone senior would be addressing my complaint which is so genuine. My complaint was related to delivery of a new card replacing my existing card. I never received the new card which i requested. The reason for asking them to deliver new card was not to pay additional charges which were not declared to me at the giving the existing card that i was holding. Hence, i requested them to downgrade my card or furnish the evidence proving that i agreed on a verification call that i am aware of charges. They failed to furnish the details hence accepted my request for sending new card which never delivered. Upon chasing the status from sbi cards, i came to know there is a correction required in my address, however, it was shocking to know that as statements for my existing card did deliver to my address regularly.

I kept writing to them for delivering in anticipation that they would deliver and matter would get resolved. The day i requested for the new card was 11th jan so that new card is received before the due date of 27th jan. But when i did not receive the card i wrote to them on 27th jan. Hence, i did not make the payment. The kind of responses i got after writing to them were far below expectations... They never understood my complaint and started chasing for my pending due which i intentionally did not clear.

Who would have paid them the pending due after receiving a response and treatment, i then told them to settle the payment from my rewards points which i never encashed after starting using the initial card. They were so happy to accept that, and then story of harassment continues even today, without addressing the complaints i raised.

I receive daily triggered harassment call from their system on my mobile, which is only playing the music. Its not a matter of money, but a value of my integrity. Forget about expecting compensation for the harassment...! Sbi cards outsourced bpo is playing with sbi credentials and taking huge money from sbi for doing this.

I want an apology letter from sbi cards along with rs. 2500 which is my right of rewards points for all that has happened in -neveradrressing- my complaints.
