SBI Credit Card — SBI Card staff & recovery agent used abuse language & misbehave | |||||
Dear Sir, I have been a SBI Credit Card customer for the last 2 years. Regularly I was paying my credit card bill, but due to the lockdown my shop closed down and was not getting proper income to pay the credit card bill. Last 8 months have been receiving many calls and I have asked customer service or a recovery agent for some time for payment and I have opted for restructuring plans for 18 months, but I have not got the job. So, Unable to start the payment. Several calls have received during the 8 months & some of staff of SBI card & recovery agent used abused language & misbehave. Then I sent the mail to AGM of SBI bank as well as Customer Service head of SBI card.
