SBI Credit Card — unnecessary charges on bill | |||
My last date of bill payment is 29 of every month. and i have activated auto debit feature for bill payment. But last month on 29 april 2015 i have sufficient balance in my account and also on 30 april 2015 on morning i have recieved massage from sbi that we have recieved your payment on 29 april 2015, but after few days i had recieved one call from sbi credit card customer care and they told me we have not recieved any payment from your side and now you have to pay late fee payment. I am attaching statement of my saving account from 29 april to 30 april 2015. Kindly resolve my problem.
