SBI Credit Card — wrong billing and bad customer experience with sbi card. | |||||
Dear sir/madam, Sub: - complaint against sbi credit card. I have an sbi credit cards no. [protected] these was a dispute (Fraud transaction) reported on the card in the month of 10th nov-2017. And the card was blocked immediately. With help of customer care team they asked me to raise dispute and the dispute interaction id - 1-[protected]. Reported / dispute raised on 13th nov-2017. For the above said dispute they have add temporary credit on 01st dec-2017. On my card and the same was declared as permanent credit on 15th oct-2018. They issued new card. But since the above dispute was not cleared as expected. I stopped using the card for the period of one year. On 22nd july-2018. They billed me an amount of rs: 897/-. Balance of the old transaction. And the same was paid by me on 02nd august-2018. But again in the month of august-2018 they debited the above dispute transaction twice and billed me an outstanding amount of rs: 1, 19, 273/- (Temp crt rev 74987507314500387541747) an amount of rs: 59, 636.86/ on 2nd and 3rd of august. And the same with late fee, interest and other charges are billed in the month of september-2018. I raised the concern with the sbi card begumpet hyd. Branch they said the case is registered and shall give us an update in 15 working days. While we did not get any update we revisited the branch and this time around they said they shall give us an update with a week of time. We again visited them and this time around they told us that they shall give us an update within 48 working hrs. But all our efforts have gone in vain. Raised a complaint through online option on 29th august-2018. Complaint reference number is[protected]. Esclasted to nodal officer team. Reported concern is open and there is no proper update from sbi card. Daily i get 3-4 collection calls and at times the executives speak rude (Kind of threatening phone calls). While the issues is open at their end. I am fifth month pregnant and i have no patience to keep visiting there branch office and to keep calling the ivr customer care. I pray that sbi cards collection department should be ordered to stop calling customers and harass the customer. And would be great if they can have better escalation matrix in place to action on the above matter. I humbly request and i would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter.
