SBI Credit Cards — Call center executives are very reckless about customer complaints

I have called customer service regarding failed transactions and wanted to know the reason why my card got declined. Instead of providing me with a reason, the agent puts me on hold and disconnects the call. Its like a slap on the face telling me this is common and i need not answer you. I have called up twice and the same thing happened again. i have a limit of 1.6 laks and was not able to use it when i needed it. The customer service is least bothered to ever give a call back. I think as SBI is getting more deposits due to demonetization is is least bothered about credit card holders.
