SBI Credit Cards — Missing credit card number

Hi!

I lost my bag that had various valuables including my sbi credit card. As monthly process, I was using hdfcbank to banke payments by entering credit card details manually.

Once I lost the card, I had not way to get full credit card number other than seeking help from sbi credit cards. I tried their customer care and also complaints email ID but even after multiple attempts, they are not providing me my credit card number.

On top of that, they are mentioning that they are unable to reach me while their other department that manages late payments calls me multiple times a day without having background of the issue, bordering on harassment.
