I have done my cards settlement and paid Rs 2800 in cash after the confirmation from your collections dept for the settlement of my dues. This figure was told to me by them only. But till date i am receiving calls from sbi cards for not settling my dues. below is the mail which i have received from your company's side.
ReQuesting you to please settle my dues, wherein i have paid Rs. 2800 against my actual purchase of Rs 1100 only. Its because of your depts, i am charged with Late payments and interests.
I want my account to be closed on immediate basis. Hope you will listen to my plea.
