SBI Debit Card — India post item delivery confirmed but not received

India post item delivery confirmed but not received
It's 17 days my SBI ATM card not delivered to me but when I check my status by speed post No. Aq[protected]in it shows my SBI ATM card is delivered but I don't receive it

India post item delivery confirmed but not received.
It's been a month but my SBI card wasn't delivered so I tracked the card status by speed Post No. JN[protected]IN it was updated as delivered to the addressee on 16th July but i didn't receive it yet .

My SBI debit got returned becoz of the wrong address we've shifted and we're unable to change the address on the aadhar card so when we asked the bank employee he told us that it can be delivered to the bank .but now that I check it in the speed post tracking consignment it shows as returned because there is no such person in the given address. My parcel dispatched on 03102023 and the speed post No. [JA[protected]IN]. Please kindly look into it as I have to return to my dorm and need the debit card as soon as possible.
