I recently reactivated my inactive SBI account by redoing the KYC & applied for debit card on November 20, 2021, it's been almost a month now & I have not yet received my debit card via post, upon inquiring in bank I got to know that the package was returned to my home branch & they could not find it, I did not receive any message/mail neither from SBI nor speed post after the package was dispatched. I have been frequently visiting the branch regarding this issue & have been receiving irresponsible answers saying they have misplaced or have no track of it. I went a step further & asked for the docket number of the post & inquired about it in post office as well & was told there was no record of the package.

Got a call from bank saying my debit card has been found & will be receiving it tomorrow.
