Sbi Epay — Amount debited but not credited for failed payment

While making payment for NEET-PG exam fee, the transaction was failed but the amount was debited from the account. The transaction was done on 20 Jan 2022, still the amount hasnt been credited.
I have registered the complaint with my bank authorities as well as sbiepay team. But the epay says the amount is in clear and transaction file was still in proccess.
