SBI — Fastag surrender but security deposit and balance not received

It's been more than 4 months since I surrender my SBI fastag due to poor service and till now I have not received my security deposit of 200/- and balance of 555/- in my account. When I called fastag customer support, I was told that SBI bank should be transferring the amount as tag surrender and closure is already done by fastag dept. I was told to send a mail to agmit.[protected]@sbi.co.in which screenshot of SMS confirming surrender. I sent this mail on June 17th 2022 and in spite of multiple reminders, I haven't received neither any response nor my money.
