    Hi team,

    I am your SBI CREDIT CARD USER with card number 5172 Xxxx 2600 2052,

    My registered phone number is [protected],

    Due to loss of job my credit limit has exceeded and I have failed to make payments, but post getting job last year I am clearing my dues every month,

    I have been getting constantly threat calls from your collection team and a person name Kuldeep Singh has called me several times using different identities and have also claimed to be a police office which is a false statement.

    I am left out with a payment of INR 10, 000.00 which I will pay by next month in 2 installments which I have been doing.

    But again I. Getting threat calls from the same person.

    Please look into this matter as this his hampering my mental health and this person has also contacted my extended family members regarding the same which is against the law.

    Requesting you to look into the matter,

    As I am paying the entire principle amount ratter than going with a settlement.

    You can see my payment history where I have almost paid the entire principle amount and the remaining I will pay in the next month.

    Please make sure I get connected from a valid and genuine customer service agent rather than some rude person who doesn't even have the ethics to speak properly with a client.

      I delink my aadhar with my account and link my aadhar with another account but in npci mapper it is not showing. In npci mapper my previous bank name showing with inactive status instead of my new bank sbi active status.

        I have sent my spouse to SBI Bank in order to open bank account and she came back by being a victim of 1300 scam by SBI fraud manager. They had opened an Insurance with the premium of 1300/- by stating it as mandatory, ! What the hell is this.! In order to open bank account 1300/- per year why the hell someone has to pay and my spouse is fully covered with company insurance and life insurance and we really don’t need this fraudulent Insurance..! I need refund of 1300/- and cancellation of insurance as well as action against this fraudulent manager for forcing customers and looting them with insurance premium just to have lucrative commissions on the insurance premium which is kind of indirect begging/cheating from customers..! Shame on you SBI.. just revert asap by checking the attached screenshot for the transaction details

          Hi, my dad jakka balaiah holds an account in sbi mannanur branch nagarkurnool dist telangana. His account has been blocked for no reason and he could not able to make the important transactions now our lifes are in miserable conditions because of this behavior of sbi without any intimation they have blocked the account please unblock it asap

            I'm having issues with my net banking.Bank is not responding well for this.Im not able to login, change my password or do any transactions.It will ask an OTP for these actions which I'm not getting .My number is registered with the account because I'm getting all other msgs.I tried visiting the branch, called customer care and registered complaint myself twice but no use at all .I'm really frustrated not able to do anything..I'm attaching the replies i got from the bank for reference..

              On 22 june 8:31 PM i made payment through phonepay but unfortunately it declined and my amount deducted from my sbi account and money not transferred to another account.

                    Hello, Due to unavailability of ISD Coded customer care number for SBI cards I couldn't reach out to them to deactivate my SBI credit card, while I was residing aboard during the period from November 2021 to April 2022 during which a transaction of Rs. 999 was made from my credit card which was automated on Amazon Prime and I wasn't aware of that. My previous card was expired on November 2021 and I got the new one while I wasn't available in India. and I haven't used that card even physically I don't have it. Now the amount has been reached to Rs. 6000 even after I tried to contact SBI Card customer care for the termination of my card but due to unavailability of ISD number. I tried to reach out with them through twitter and they responded that they don't have any ISD number at that time I don't know how to reach out and deactivate my card as I was not using that card from very longtime. I tried talked to them multiple times and they are not even considering or listening to my problem. I had already paid the transaction amount which was Rs. 9999 and informed them to settle it but they are not listening and every month they are adding and increasing the late payment fees. I am trying to settle down the matter from February 2022 but they are not responding properly and every time a new agent called me and discuss the same issue and they say they will call me back but no one do that. Please help me to settle down this matter I am suffering from very long time.

                      EMI for my home loan got deducted twice in a month of march dated 6th march & 7th March. I have submitted complain to SBI customer care, they replied that,
                      "Please find the resolution below:

                      Dear customer as Per BRANCH head WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND THE AMOUNT AS BATCH IS GETTING FAILED WITH ERROR DISBURSEMENT THROUGH LINKED/ACCOUNT HOME BRANCH. ERROR ATTACHED FOR YOUR REFERENCE. Visit Branch for reversal."

                      Then I have visited branch twice & continuously following up for reversal of amount & to remove "Lien Amount" from my account so that i can use my account.

                      Still it's been not resolved despite continuous follow up. Please help to resolve.

                        Amazon initiated the refund (30may 2022) and it was expected to come on (4 June 2022)
                        Amazon give me Reference no.[protected]
                        But the State bank of india[SBI] has still not credited my money.
                        This is urgent please help me as soon as possible

                          So, all this nightmare of a mess started when I ordered a Refrigerator from the Samsung website on 10 Oct 2021 with my SBI Credit Card as it had some discount.

                          I got It delivered on 12th or 13th October. Samsung authorized technician arrived at my residence on the 14th for the installation and Demo. While he was removing the package to unbox the refrigerator I was recording the unboxing in the meanwhile.

                          Just as the last cover was removed, to our surprise, the edge of the Refrigerator's top door was severely damaged and the refrigerator had also suffered few dents here and there. For reference, attached photos along with the technician's signature indicating product was damaged.

                          I then contacted Samsung store customer support at support.[protected]@samsung.com and they failed to respond in a given time frame(48 Hours). For the sake of their beloved customer, they responded me after 1 goddamn month, maybe after they woke up from their sleep!

                          But in the meanwhile, I had already filed for chargeback dispute with SBI chargeback team against Samsung for delivering damaged product and that they were not responding to mails. I filled the dispute form with all the required details with proofs attached. Transaction Dispute[protected], Transaction Dispute[protected].

                          As per the transaction dispute details, SBI had contacted Samsung regarding this issue. So this where both the bank & Samsung [censored]ed things up for me. No one communicated properly with each other. SBI charge back team says they asked Samsung to process for refund but Samsung instead misled the bank by providing them with just delivery proof of Refrigerator. They completely hid the fact that they had delivered damaged product to the customer.

                          Not sure what SBI charge back team thought of that proofs they had provided. And they never even tried to understand my actual concern in the first place. They just closed the dispute in favor of Samsung saying I didn't provide the valid documents of proof of returned item/goods (proof of refrigerator being sent back to Samsung).

                          Samsung had finally responded to me about pick up of the product around the end of the November(24th I believe) and they did pick it up later around the first week of the December. I also notified this with SBI chargeback team.

                          To this day, Samsung's website still says item as delivered instead of returned status. And they're very adamant and not providing me with the acknowledgement proof showing item has been returned to them.

                          First, Samsung misled and behaved fraudulently with my Credit card bank by showing only the document proof of the item's delivery and never mentioned that they had delivered the damaged product.

                          Second, SBI charge back team failed to understand that their Credit card customer received a damaged product and the merchant didn't respond to the customer's emails. They should have proceeded with the dispute fairly as per customer's proof and on behalf of them. But they failed to.

                          And whenever I try to contact the charge back team I just get the same reply like a bot that I have to contact Samsung. Screenshot attached.

                          And Samsung's reply to my query about refunding is just the same bots like reply.
                          "The amount 33300/- has been charge backed on[protected]. hence, we request you to coordinate with the respective bank."

                          I believe the customer support teams of SBI and Samsung are some 10 year old kids who never attended customer service training.

                          At this point I'm just being bounced backward and forward like a tennis ball.

                          Kindly open a consumer complaint against Samsung India too.

                          Who has my goddamn money?!

                                I've mistakenly sent rs. 18000/- on [protected]@ybl which is supposed to send to [protected]@ybl. This transaction is made on 16/06/2022 at 6.04pm.
                                The receiver' basant vishwakarma has an account in sbi, main branch, sagar, mp.
                                I've already filled a written complaint on my branch within 24 hours, i.e. on 17/06/2022.
                                the sbi branch of sagar is not co-operating.
                                please help to retrieve my money.

                                    From many Days I Was receiving many calls regarding an 6month old bill of Rs67K and harassing me and threatening me that they will call to each of my contacts and every one of my family. I am in Willing to Pay but i'm not in that condition to pay in One shot. I requested For 6 EMIs or less. but they are personally Harassing my in-laws by getting there details from FB or other-ways i didn't Know. I am in Depression from last year and not able to handle this all. my registered no is [protected] and requested to allow EMIs And SBI or any recovery agent doesn't have Rights to harass my in-laws personally and use abusing language with females of family.
