SBI General Insurance — not received policy after contacting again and again for around 50 times

I have renewed the policy online before 26th december 2017 (Motor car insurance). I have contacted the branch and through them different persons. I talked to them many times. I have sent the copy of receipt and policy. Every time they will assure me. But till now after 3 months i am not able to receive the policy. I request you to send policy as early as possible.
