[Resolved] SBI — getting wrong calls from other persons asking to share the credit card details

I have got a call from [protected] number saying this is deepika sharma and i have got reward points on the credit card asking me to u can use this points as three options
1. Awail gift card
2. Cash back
3. Bill adjustment.

I don't know how she knows my credit card expiry date and card type. She's asking me to share 16 digit credit card number.

147 rupees has been deducted from my information without any prior notice or information. Today I received a message from SBI stating that 147.50 rupees have been deducted. Please look into this issue as soon as possible.

Got message on registered mob number as debit of 147.50.
What the hell is the reason for this?
How should we believe in Nationalised bank?
We want reason for this deduction.

Since 2nd Feb 2018 I am observing that SBI PG Chg of Rs.11.80 is not refunded for unsuccessful transaction in IRCTC. Previously they used to refund. All other banks are still refunding the same.
