SBI — Home Loan

Hello Sir/Mam, I am having home loan in your branch. File no : B-55715 loan a/c number : [protected]. I am writing to you because I have the below concern and I seek your help and suggestion. I am an existing customer of SBI since more than 7 years.Kindly check my track record of paying back the loan amount . I have the trust on SBI that made me to go for the second home loan which is now one and half year old. But unfortunately the bank executives calling everyday and harassing me saying that your a/c will be NPA. I listen to them and pay as per the discussion with them not to make the a/c NPA. Still I dont know somebody called yesterday(7th sept 2015)and repeated the same. I am not sure why my a/c will be NPA now. The flat registration not yet done .Without registration the Bank has disbursed 100% Loan amount. As per policy it should be 95% before registration.Still my Flat is Work-in-process.It will take 1 or 2 months. I made the payment as per the executive and also I have submitted the ECS Form for debiting the EMI from current month. Though the loan is being continued since april 2014, I am being called and harassed continuosly since last 3 months without any proper communication even after charging the penalty. I visited the respective branch where nobody was clarifying the exact issue apart from saying everything is as per policy. I have another Housing loan A/c with SBI last 7 yrs.I didn't get any call like this rather getting message for new new offers for car loan or home loan. After all this, I got call from one concern person my account will become NPA account.What is this ??? I am not able to understand this . I would like to request you for giving me the proper solution.Kindly check my both loan accounts.
