I by mistake made a transaction of amount rupees 2300 via phonepay to paytm payments bank from my sbi account which was blocked. Transaction got successful and utr (Unique transaction reference) number has been generated. When i called sbi customer number for filing a charge back they refused to register my complaint and also did not provide the correct information or successive steps that what should be done regarding this. According to them phonepay is a third party app so they can't do anything regarding this regardless of the fact that phonepay has provided a written mail stating that i should contact my bank for this. I continuously called them for one hour and requested them to forward the call to their senior associates as they were unable to satisfy me with their answers to which they were reluctant. The person to which i was continuously requesting for filinh the complaint was bhanu pratap singh chauhan. They had their internal talks beforehand hand only and when i called for third time and further it was not looking like they are talking to solve the issue, it was mere fun for them as they were continuously asking "kya aap mujhe sun paa rhe hain"
