SBI — Improper atm transaction

I complaint on 24th of february for improper atm transaction as i withdrawal 40000 rs and i only got 36000 from atm machine, i raised complaint 3 times at online and home branch also and also mailed to [protected]@rbi.Org.In
Cc: agmcustomer.[protected]@sbi.Co.In but i still did not get any resolution for this case. They are not replying even on mail.
