I GAURAV KUMAR IS A CONSUMER OF YOUR BANK FROM MANY YEARS. SOME DAYS BEFORE I GET PASSWOARD FROM BRANCH FOR ONLINE BANKING FACILITIES. I TRY TO ACTIVATE ONLINE BANKING. BUT AFTER A/C ID AND CHANGING PASSWORD. I AM NOT ABLE TO LOGIN. AFTER THAT I REACH TO BRANCH. THEY TOLD ME THAT YOU NEED FRESH PASSWORD FROM BRANCH AND IF YOU GET HAND-TO HAND PASSWORD YOU HAVE TO PAY RS-204 OF INB KIT REISSUE CHARGE BUT IF YOU GET INB KIT REISSUE & SEND PASSWORD FROM COURIOR THAN I HAVE NO NEED TO PAY ANY AMOUNT. STILL I AM WAITING FOR INB KIT. AND FOR THAT 204 RS. IS ALREADY DEDUCTED.& TILL DATE INB KIT IS NOT RECEIVED FROM COURIEAR.
I AM VERY SORRY TO SAY THAT THIS AMOUNT DEDUCTED WORNGLY. PLEASE REFUNT THIS AMOUNT IN MY ACCOUNT .
