SBI — LIEN removed of Credit Card account from Fixed Deposit: waiting 2 months

My parents were forcibly given credit card which they closes couple of months back with no payment due (fully settled). However, the hold on fixed deposit is still not removed. in spite of asking multiple times, they just ask to wait since last two months. I am here to register complaint and take your expert opinion on how to get this resolved as soon as possible as I need the fixed deposit money badly.

I have requested for closing below mentioned credit card details and removal of lien fixed amount from SBM - MYSORE.however, the hold on fixed deposit is still not removed. in spite of asking multiple times, they just ask to wait since last two months.
