SBI Lokpal — my payment not give

Dear sir,
I received the saman praday letter on date 24/05/2017 which i have attached it's come from state bank of india city branch rewa (Madhya pradesh) to give the item on be half of quotation to the rajesh tiwari, which take loan at sbi bank. First time i am given the item on be half of saman praday letter then i meet the sbi branch manager it say you give the material and bank pay the amount within 3 day and have order he material and i given the material 03/06/2017 in sbi office and sbi loan officer say i visit at customer site next day and pay you your amount but officer is not visit to in inspection and also rajesh tiwari is not receiving the my call and bank manager say i don't give you payment because i don't inspection the customer site to inspection the material, sir i have take the material in credit for 10 day but now already have two month i give thi interest 24% per month sir i have lots of tansion so please resolve my problem imideatly otherwise i am taking some legal action. Sir i think your officer is not visit because he want to take some commision.

Please sir take some hard action for my payment,
