SBI — no fund transfer

i have transfer 4000rs totally in two times . from my account no [protected] . acc holder name - pappu rangnath awate to acc no [protected] acc holder name - ganesh rangnath awate. fund transfer date - 5/7/2014.-2000rs trans id[protected]. fund transfer date - 8/7/2014.-2000rs trans id[protected] so please kindly give my money back. is this sbi service i am trying from last four months . even i have given application in my sbi branch.
