I often receive sms from "vk-sbilif" in hindi. I'm from tamil nadu and the bank knows this from my kyc docs. Ideally i should receive sms in tamil or at least in english. Do not understand the reason for hindi here.
I tried to rise complaint in sbi portal, but they do not have any appropriate category to register such complaints. Hope this complaint reaches sbi.
