SBI — regarding credit card payment and statement | |||||
Hi, i am using sbi credit card, last 6 to 8 months. Sbi send me a wrong card statement in which name on my card and card no is wrong. They forced me to payment for wrong card statement which is not mine. I am complaint to them last 6 to 8 months but still not resolved and not giving me response. But they send me statement every month wrong and applying late fee charge also. Please help me to rectify it. I send mails and call them lots of time, but every time they make fake solution.
