Dear sbi,
I have been looking to close my issue from 13 sep 2017 either by contacting to your customer care and by mails but no serious response to look into this matter.
It is amazing that 8 month is approaching but my complaints are still open.
I dont want to continue with your card reminding you and updated request fr closure in sep 2017 only.
1. Second year annual fee charged after confirming me free card from your side for second year, reversal the same
2. Late fees charged, reversal the same
3. New 2 cards i received are life time free told me its free as per my eligibility
4. Reason for delaying my issue 7 months still not resolution come
5. Close my account in jan 2018 after escalating my issue to social media.
I will not pay any amount until all issues has been settled by sbi sbi staff is unprofessional and lack of knowledge who given me a card as free but later they charge annual fees of around rs3600 its clearly a mis sale and fraud done by sbi and all executives varun Was this information helpful? |
