SBI — regarding pension

In the year 2016 my monthly pension is 16000, after that the pension amt.deposit in my acc.is 10000, pm, i dont get any information why the amount is reduced every month, i asked many times in my branch but cant get the right information, even after 7th cpc implation I cant get any increase in pension amount and also not get arrier, few days back I got my new PPO NO.& submit in bank still I cant get any increase in pension or arrier amt.
