This issue may not resolved because it was not resolved and I have told him to not to close since then it has closed. I have spoke with Sri Rajesh Sharma Mob. No.:-+91-[protected]), Card Operation Department, Mumbai. Whatever steps he has telling me to do in the ATM counter I cannot be do. Because he wants first to transfer the amount for generating the OTP which I cannot be do. Because this will be risky for me after me to do that transaction. In my friend circle we have faced the same situation for other with the SBI, he has transferred the amount but not generated any OTP or not resolved his issue. So, here is what is the guarantee for the same to resolve here.
So, my sincere request you all if can provide the written procedure about the steps so, I can check with that process with the branch or bank knowledgable people who are dealing with that or any other process except this transfer or money dealing let me know.

This is relating with generate the otp for sbi rewardz transactions. I have raised the complaint several times with the sbi group/sbi rewardz team but not able resolve the matter yet now. Whenever i am giving the call to them they are telling that issue will be resolved within 3 working days but upto now 3 months are over but the issue is not resolved yet now. I have raised the same incident with the sbi group as well as higher authority and the branch but non of them will taking steps to resolve this issue. I could not understanding what is issue beyond that. While i able to generate the otp for atm and online banking transactions to my registered mobile number but not able to generate the otp for sbi rewardz transactions. If they are not able to giving the benefits for the sbi rewardz then why they are giving the awarness for sbi debit card used through pos transaction and online banking transactions through different media channels. From this one can knows from that sbi only know the advertise for their product and services and from that what benefits can be get by the customers can not know. I have raised this issue several times with sbi group and higher authority and the branch but non of them able to resolve this issue.
So, my sincere request all to that resolve the matter as soon as possible so i can able to get the benefits from sbi rewardz points.

I get an other name called Deepak (+91-[protected]) for the same issue. I could not understand these all peoples are relating to the bank or different. If earlier people won't able to resolved the issue why this other people called asked those details. If they are not related to the Bank please take essential steps against them. I have told him also please give the written process which needs to check with the bank then only I can do anyother. Untill and unless I will not do anything.
