I have done a flight ticket transaction but it was failed my money didn't get deducted but my point 6203 get deducted pls help
I was trying to recharge DTH by SBI reward points. The point got deducted, but not the money from my account nor the recharge. Now what to do to get the points back??

I recharged my bsnl sim with sbi rewardz point and the amount is 485 and the rupes 9 from sbi rewardz and 476 from sbi debit card the amount is deducted from my acount and I am trying to reach sbi rewardz customer service but unfortunately due to covid 19 they are not attending call but then I mail to them 5 to 6 times they even not reply me a single message
