SBI Rewardz — money deducted but recharge failed and i am not receive my money back yet | |
I am try to recharge [protected] this number from sbi rewardz by 198 my sbi rewards point is 330 =82.50 rupee and rest amount i will pay from oriental bank of commerce debit card for 115.50 rupee. Amount deducted from my bank account but the recharge status is failed i am receive my sbi rewardz points is back but i am not receive my 115.50 back yet please check and refund me my money

I have done a flight ticket transaction but it was failed my money didn't get deducted but my point 6203 get deducted pls help

I recharged my bsnl sim with sbi rewardz point and the amount is 485 and the rupes 9 from sbi rewardz and 476 from sbi debit card the amount is deducted from my acount and I am trying to reach sbi rewardz customer service but unfortunately due to covid 19 they are not attending call but then I mail to them 5 to 6 times they even not reply me a single message
