Rs.13200/- credit card amount paid through sbi paynet through debit card shown as transaction failure but the amount is deducted from my sb account. It is requested to restore the amount to the credit card payment immediately. As i am paying the amount well within the time i am not responsible for any late fee. My crdit card payment may kindly be adjusted immediately

    My name is vishal kori, i am a be student yesterday i visited to my sbi branch (Gumasta nagar, indore)
    I requested them to make a demand draft of rs 33000, but they refused to make it and when i asked them to tell reason behind this they just start shouting me and misbhaeving in this case what should we do.
    Its my humble request to take certain steps about it.

      I had maked transaction of 3000/ (Three thousand) from punjab national bank customer service point at saidpur, khizersarai, on 22/10/2017. Amount of 3000/ debited from my account no. [protected] of sbi, but not credited to settlement account of csp person and i did not get money till now. I contact many times to bank person but they said it will cleared by csp and csp person says clear by bank. What do i do, so please take necessary action and clear my case.

          my mobile number 9855501014 is linked with someone else account.

          I have requested to sbi bank manager in chandigarh to update the mobile number which is attached to that account and given a written request to him also.           Hello team,

          My name is harshal. Thakkar & working as a senior consultant at capgemini.

          This email is in reference to the sbi credit card that was sent out to me with false commitment and information.

          I started receiving calls from the sales people, informing me that there is a tie up with my company where i work (Capegemini) and that a good limit will be given.

          I informed the person that i already have an hdfc card with a limit of 3.5 l and i have the option to upgrade to 5.5 l as now i am elegible for the upgrade.

          The sbi sales guy kept on telling me that you will get somewhere above 6l on this card and that first an email will be sent out to me informing me about the limit, if the limit is what he promised, i will approve it and only then they can send the card.

          I did not even get any email about the limit and today they sent me the card around 30 mins back.

          To my horror the limit on the card is 2.5l not even close to what i was promised.

          This is upfront cheating and fraudulent activity.

          I need to ensure that i am not charged for something i have not asked for and something that i am not going to use atall.

          Such bad experiences like this has really taken me aback and i have completely lost confidence on sbi.

          I need to cancel this card asap now and need a confirmation that i am not going to get charged.

          Please send a response to this asap and escalate this.
          I need to register a complain about this people who are fooling people for no reasons.

          I am no longer able to call this number, this shows how sbi is treating their potential customers with poor service.

          I called the customer care multiple times and after adding my cc number, it does not even recognize my date of birth, which means sbi sent me the card without any information. And because of this i am not able to speak to someone on their help line.

          This is a serious issue for me & i hope this is treated as a critical issue and given attention.

            In my personal cibil report, i have found overdue shown against credit card which was never used. My cibil score has gone down due to this and i am unable to get personal loan from any bank.
            I have made a online request sbi customer care. Initially was told to wait 3 days and when i followed up, i was told another 5days (8th feb). This is affecting my loan formalities with other agency and application got hold.
            So sincere request to you to correct the details and remove overdue and send me final closure letter with new cibil score report.
            It was shown as written off and reopened and shown as od.

              I made an online transaction to eeseva. Telangana, my account got debited inr 457 on 31-1-10 where eeseva. Telangana couldn't process the transaction. I waited for 48 hours but my account didn't get refunded. Please refund as soon as possible.

                Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                    I had submitted written request to rajasthan zonal head, mr rahul sharma, for updating my mobile number in my sbi life policy since the registered number was no longer in use.

                    My mobile number has not been updated as yet and i am unable to receive any information regarding premium payments and all other related information.

                    My email id has also not been updated in the system and i am facing lots of problems because of this.

                    I am amazed at the quality of SBI Life Staff and its working. No action is being taken against such employees. There have been several complaints against Mr Rahul Sharma in past as well, still no action is being taken against him.

                      I m a customer of sbi bazar branch samastipur. I have issued two multi city cheque but the cheque did not cleared by sbi patna staff minu asani (Mob-[protected]). I enquired in my branch and ms minu asani to know the reason about my uncleared cheque. Neither the branch manager nor the responsible ms minu asani reply the reason. Ms asani insulted me to do anything what i can but she did not assist me. I have a big loss by my cheque rejection and 354 rupee also deducted from my account. Who is responsible for my loss.

                        We had 3 sbi credit cards of my own using by our shop boys
                        U given a late penalty amount & outstanding pending balance & too late payment charges of my 3 credit cards

                        Please refund my too late payment charges of my 3 credit cards asap & i had already paid from 2 months as penalty of my outstanding balance as what u r bank is sending
                        From 2 months u r no response from bank & no support & increased my outstanding balance from 1st month 560 next month 1080 so i paid please try to refund my penalty too late payment charges

                        Recent at last month i had paid total outstanding balance if my 3 cards
                        But u send payment of 90 rs had to pay outstanding balance
                        But why sir we do not use r no pending
                        But why u r sending outstanding pending balance

                        Sbi is a government bank not à cheating bank & taking money from shop employers
                        Private banks r so good in service & good response

                        Same problem we faceď in hdfc
                        The bank persons r contact us & checked my account statement & refund my too late payment charges
                        At first activation of my credit card 2000 has debited in my card as for insurance of my card but we do not ask for insurance activation i already given complaint at that time in bank they told it will refund buthe no refund & no person is now
                        How many times & how amount u will debited in my account

                        Sbi is for the people not fraud the people & not cheating the people

                            Sub : request to resolve disputed transaction of rs. 8000/- from sbi credit card.

                            Respected sir,
                            With reference to above subject, i undersigned would like to request you to resolve the fraud transaction of rs. 8000/- from sbi credit card. First, i want to tell that i was not aware that it was sbi credit card because when i went to fbb (Fashion big bazar) with my daughter, they filled up form from me by telling that it’s a fbb card, you will get 10% discount lifetime on purchase from fbb. This is the first fraud from sbi of hiding the information about the credit card.
                            When the card is activated and i received a call from sbi, i refused that i don’t want any card as i am already using 2 cards (Hdfc and kotak), but the lady said now it is activated, so we can’t do anything as it will show in your cibil.
                            As it was a new card and i am getting daily calls from sbi regarding new offers and activation from the same. The matter is, this is the first transaction on 30th september, 2017 which was made by fake call received from sbi credit card via mobile no.[protected], executive name aayesha.
                            On 30th september, 2017, i received the call by same no. And i denied to share otp, the lady named aayesha said that i am not asking your credit card no. And cvv no., so please madam co-operate with us for activating the new offers available on your card. Thinking some time, as i generated my debit pin of pnb by otp, finally by frustrated mind i shared to her. That time 2 transactions made of rs. 4000/- each against oxygenwallet.com, when i asked her about that she said that it will be credited in your account within 48 hours and remember my name.
                            After that when i doubt and called to sbi landline no. 39020202 for such transactions, it’s very shocking to me that nothing such offer are giving by sbi. When i called up on same no.[protected] which is showing sbi credit card on true caller, no one responding and telling that aayesha is not there or on leave.
                            From that day, i started writing to sbi ([protected]@sbicard.com, [protected]@sbicard.com), oxygenwallet ([protected]@oxygenwallet.com), aap ki samasya ([protected]@aapkisamasya.com) and cyber cell (Cybercell. [protected]@mahapolice.gov.in), and consumer court ([protected]@gov.in) to resolve this transaction and help me out. But nobody replied from cyber cell and consumer court for the same. Very disappointed and helpless, i am writing to this letter and expecting some hope and help from you as i am a genuine customer and become a victim of such fraud case.
                            Sbi took 120 days for resolution and same time they are charging me interest on the same. Now it is rs. 10046/- till date with interest. I would like to share that i am using hdfc credit card since 2008, but i am not getting any such fake calls from hdfc and my transaction is of rs. 20000 to 30000 appox monthly. If i can pay that much monthly, then why can’t rs. 8000, but as it was a fraud and not used by me, why should i bear it? If sbi people not asking card no and cvv, it means their executives are making calls and they have all data about customers, making the fool to the customers and robbing them.
                            Still now, i am getting daily 3-4 calls from sbi credit card asking me my personal information like date of birth, etc. I am very frustrated with sbi and want to get out from this as i can’t change my number because it is registered with all my banks, cards and family. I want to deactivate this card, so that i can spend my day with happily.
                            I am enclosing all communication via mail with sbi and i tried and trying my level best to come out from this matter as my cibil gets spoil because of this only which was a better before this disputed transaction.
                            I am also in follow up with aap ki samasya (www.aapkisamasya.com) for which they charged me rs. 750/- for which i got a receipt of the same.
                            Once again, i am requesting you to please look into the matter and help me out and deactivate this sbi card.

                            With reference to the above mentioned mails regarding disputed transaction of Rs. 8000/- made from my SBI Credit card on 30th Sept, 2017, I request you to send one mail to oxygenwallet team to [protected]@oxigenwallet.com to get the information regarding transaction.

                            Kindly do the needful to help me out of this problem.

                              Respected Sir/Madam,

                              Iam Rahul Prasad your SBI credit card holder. I am writing this to you for a consideration in waiving the charges made on my SBI credit card for being late in paying the dues.This all happening because of me and my family deteriorating conditions. From July 2016 to Dec 2017, I have lost five person in my family and currently my mother is suffering from CKD (cronic kidney diesease), renal failure. My mother had past history of hemiphlegia. We are spending lots of money on their treatment as well as my medicine distributing firm is closed after GST due to insufficient funds. Now the situation is very pathetic. Right now Iam facing many chalanges in my life. I got high BP problem due to this worst conditions. Iam living in a rented house. Iam currently going through a financial crisis due to illness and medical treatment of my mother and having no other sourse of income.

                              I do respect all the legal rights of the SBI card to charge for a delay in payment but this has been a result of the adverse circumstances I am facing presently.
                              I shall be ever grateful if I get an affirmative response for the waiving of SBI card charges on me.

                              Hoping to get a positive action from you in waiving off the charges and I am trying to pay the entire amount (without charges) before march 2018.

                                My PPO No.[protected] in which pension has been revised by CPAO vide. their SSA No. 2708423 dated 8.1.2018. but I have not yet been paid the revised pension. Kindly expedite.My name is Bimalendu Bhattacharya. My pension account is maintained by SBI Nirman Bhavan CPAO Bikaji Kama Place have revised my pension on 8.1.2018 but it is more than three weeks i have not been paid the enhanced amount of pension.

                                  This is to draw your attention to one of the serious matter happened with me in Chandpur Branch of SBI (IFSC code-SBIN0009547) . As I went to your branch on date 02/02/2018 to deposit some cash. Unfortunately, Sanjeev Kumar, Cashier of Chandpur Branch made an intolerable behaviour with me. He was rude, Aggressive and on top of that he used an abbusive language with me.
                                  As I want to ask that we deal banking with SBI to hurt ourselves. Sir I feel very hurt with his behaviour.
                                  You are requested to please look into the Matter with your keen interest as I am having banking with SBI from the last ten years.
                                  An early action in this regard shall be highly appreciated.

                                    I went to sbi patiala chowk jind for open an a/c in the name of my son, but couldn't able to do so, because they told that special characters in the aadhar card could not able to match our software. So many people returned without opening an a/c. Clerk said come after few days so that software may be updated. Please sort out our problem so that i can open account in your bank as soon as possible.
