SBI — SBI - CIF not scrutinized by LCPC error

To whomsoever it may concern,
My name is Uma Mageswari and I recently opened a Savings regular account on 24th June 2021, at SBI Vinayaganagar branch, Madurai, IFSC code: SBIN0001479.

I have transferred funds to this account. The problem now is that I'm unable to do any online transaction and it always displays an error message saying “cif not scrutinized by lcpc”. I am stuck with this account, since i cannot carry any transactions from this account. I have to make urgent payments but my funds are stuck in this account.

I have raised multiple online complaints and all of them were closed without resolving the problem. I have contacted the branch manager & sent several emails to branch manager & nodal officer but the issue has not been resolved.
