Dear Sir, I have SBI Credit Card Holder, Everyday call came form SBI Customer care for verification or new product launch.Every time verification department verify. Dt. 25.02.2015 one call came form SBI Verification department and for verification purpose many question ask including Credit card No. CVV No. I had provide above detail.Unfortunately one massage came my mobile OTP & due busy in serious work i forget and gave them otp. After 10Minutes 1 massage came in my massage regarding transaction . We are very surprise because we are not believe in online purchase. Who is Monarch Epay Kerela really i don't know. Immediate i am trying to contact customer care SBI for the fraud transaction & lodged complaint. Still matter are pending . Serious enquiry should be raised against Monarch for further fraud retain.
