There has been an unauthorized issue of my fastag to a person because of which I'm unable to apply for a new fastag. The response is not proper from SBI Fastag customer care and there has been no response for the emails sent.
Please note I'm the first and only owner of the vehicle, so we want to cancel the wrong issue to a third person and enable us to issue a new one.
