SBIcap Securities — RM not assigned and senior officials not responding to calls,e mails and messages

A Broking company charging such huge brokerage from customers but strange ways that not much help us provided to the clients.An RM is assigned to help clients but in my case a person by the name of Chandan just called me up on 8-3-21 to say that my earlier RM was on leave and that he was my senior RM.There was no written communication to me by Customercare and on repeated requests also he was not replaced.I incurred losses due to him on many occasions but still there was no action in a company which involved financial transactions by clients.The regional head kolkata and the manager also pays a deaf ear to my pleadings.I was told by the manager to wait till 30-9-21 but today when I called both of them and messaged them they didn’t even bother to reply to me or call back.They have been forcing me to have this nan as my RM although I never liked his behaviour, aggressiveness and non guidance as an RM.
On many occasions he even commented what benefit he was getting from me.I don’t understand what are the benefits from the transactions of the clients.Recently he told me that I wax not transacting as I used to before.I fail to understand who these people are to comment on my activities.Instead of guiding me to invest in a profitable way he only did was cancellation of my orders and communicating my net buy/sell.On a few occasions I incurred losses due to incorrect communications.
Behaviour wise he is not worthy of working for SBICAP.

Inspite of repeated requests no new RM has been assigned to me and there us no one to solve my queries.
I have not received lots of dividends and keep on following up with Helpdesk and RM but the RM refused to follow up for me and said that the broker foes that with the RTA.
Following up with SBIcap I get a standard reply to find out the details of RTA by myself mostly and since 2 months I have been writing e mails, etc
SBICAP is least bothered to follow up on our behalf.
Don’t understand why dividends, bonuses etc are not credited within a reasonable duration.
SBIcap charges us heavily but doesn’t provide us the services they should.
I have been wasting my time on regular basis writing repeated e mails and making calls(hold time of mot less than 20-25 minutes)which get disconnected many times but nobody bothers to callback.There is only helpline number for such a Broking firm.
Many complaints are left unanswered since there is a standard reply to wait fir 1 mote working day which comes after many days.
Kindly take action to improve the performance of such a company to work in public interest.
Many a times they answer that there was a technical glitch but why should a client suffer monetarily for glitches at their end?
Kindly instruct SEBI to instruct this company to work in a fair and efficient manner
