Thus company is profiteering unethically by charging DP Charges even on regular credit balances and also on debits for petty debit balances even for the following day although the charges are levied on T+2 days.Have pointed out this fact to the Helpdesk and also RM since last 15-20 days and was told that the software was installed by TCS which doesn’t take that long for a renowned company.Even the charges are much more than 17% than thise laid down.It is bad to see that even SBICAP can be unethical and act against public interest.The Helpdesk reason is not clear at all.The RM keeps on postponing on the pretext that the software is still being installed.I don’t believe it takes that long and this matter is of topmost priority.ledger Balances cannot be calculated incorrectly at all.Can’t post the ledger here but my ledger account can be checked by company officials I charged.
