SBSTC — bypassing stoppage at telipukur without prior notification in a proper way

I am anirban datta, having 4 tickets booked online vide ticket no - l[protected], scheduled to travel to karunamoyee from telipukur on 24/03/2019. The concerned bus skipped telipukur by taking the overbridge root when we kept on waiting there before a police constable advised us to go to alisha bus stand as some buses are taking over bridge root. By the time it was too late when we reached there. This is a clear indication of by passing the responsibility of sbstc authority to merely putting a notice in alisha bus stand while maximum tickets are booked online now a days.

In this context i request your kindself to refund my money to help mitigate the harassment faced by 4 o[censored]s today.

A banner notifying the said change was given in Alisha bus stand. I booked the tickets online. How come it is justified that mere a notification in Alisa will be available to us booking online. No intimation was there in registered mobile no and email id. It is a matter o[censored]tter negligence. please do needful and take the matter in an impartial way for better customer service. Hoping for ur necessary steps.

I have booked online ticket from karunamoyee to asansol of bus time 8.00AM journey date 19/03/2019 on 17/03/2019 of seat no 23 but unfortunately money has been deducted from my account and ticked not issued due to server error sir kindly arranged to refund the money at the earliest

On 19/04/2019 I purchased online tickets for 2 passengers from Midnapore to Kolkata for the Journey date 21/04/2019. The system deducted the ticket fare including service charge Rs: 220/- from my Bank account though Ticket not generated. Hence I am claiming Refund my deducted amount. Kindly arrange to refund my money immediately
Bus departs from Panchthupi bus stand, tickets are available for kolkata only and the tickets are not available for barddhaman.This is a huge grievance of local public.
