I've ordered a book - botany for degree students bsc 3rd year, order no :- 96304 on 10th of june.. Just at least tell me how many more days will it take?? This is so disappointing, you guys never reply to our mails.. Either cancel the order or at least reply to your customers asap.

                              Hi,

                              My Name is Anshul Sharma I have Order a book A Comprehensive Guide for MCA Entrance Examination on 21/05/2020 and It has been 5 Days I had not received a single update about my order
                              I had already payed through My Debit Card, but whenever I try to track order it always shows order process. Customer care, all helpline numbers they are not picking up my call.
                              I Just want to say that I' ve first time order from S.chand and really very disappointed from this Even you can give a small update like "Your order is dispatched or It is in this City".But not They always shows Under process It seems fraud sometimes.
                              Please help me To deliver my book as soon as possible please resolve my issue.

                                I had ordered a book named S chand's icse physics by Pankaj Bhatt class 10 from s Chand publishers website on 6 Sept 2019, but it has not been dispatched yet.When I talked to the costumer service they told me that courier service is not available in my city.I live in muzaffarpur but I want to tell that all the courier services such as Delhivery, fedex, bluedart etc are available in muzaffarpur. The order no. is SCHAND/201909/216 . Please kindly look into my problem and tell me the correct information.Arrange for my order as soon as you can .I kindly request you to look into my problem.My exams are very close.This book will help me a lot .

                                    I have ordered the verbal non verbal book on 24th August but I didn't receive it yet. When ever I try to track my order it shows u didn't order any since two months. It's like you are cheating the customers. Money is transferred through online.can you please resolve this issue soon and delivery the product.

                                      I have placed a order on 10 august but till now i didn't get it. Whenever i track my order on schand i showed there is no order placed by two months. They also take the payment in advance and also there is no option of cancellation. Felt cheated after that. They also send an email which have name and order no. Of courier company but when i investigate the order company says that the order no. Is wrong and told me to consult the supplier. What can i do know... Please resolve my issue...

                                        I ordered class 10 ICSE environment book, order no- schand/201806/1253 on 26 the june. The order was shipped on twenty eighth June '18 but I have not received my order till date.When i contacted customer care they conveyed my courier tracking ID with first flight courier as J[protected] and after checking, unfortunately it shows delivered...really upset what to do now...plzzzz help
