I had ordered for class-III maths book on[protected] with order no SCHAND/202006/104 and also payment was made but till now book was delivered and also while tracking for order it was showing as order is in process. Hence it is requested to ship my order or refund my amount....

I have placed a order on 10 august but till now i didn't get it. Whenever i track my order on schand i showed there is no order placed by two months. They also take the payment in advance and also there is no option of cancellation. Felt cheated after that. They also send an email which have name and order no. Of courier company but when i investigate the order company says that the order no. Is wrong and told me to consult the supplier....

I recently placed an order vide no. SCHAD /201805/917 (How to become an human calculator by aditi singhal) on 20th may 2018. The order is still shown as being processed even after advance payment is made via net banking. There is no furthur response from the SCHAD & co regarding the delivery of the book. Please either refund the amount or send the book. If not then i will complain in consumer forum....
