Dear sir,
I recently placed an order vide no. SCHAD /201805/917 (How to become an human calculator by aditi singhal) on 20th may 2018. The order is still shown as being processed even after advance payment is made via net banking. There is no furthur response from the SCHAD & co regarding the delivery of the book. Please either refund the amount or send the book. If not then i will complain in consumer forum.

Myself shoubhik deb placed an order (Order # 62021/courier no. D[protected] dt. 19th feb on your ecommerce site. Today i received a call from dtdc ([protected]) asking me to collect the parcel from their sorting office. They were compelling me receive the book from their office which is located outskirts the town even after paying the required delivery charge in advance. I request you to enquire into the matter and get my order delivered as soon as possible. Thank u

I had placed an order vide no. Schand/201709/143 dt. 3.9.2017. Till now i have received only one item. I have not received the item. I came to know from your office that the other item is dispatched through professional courier vide tracking id

The payment has been made. It has been three days and the order is till show as "being processed". Can u please look into it and let me know what is the status? I would be glad if you ship it as soon as possible as i need those books very soon.

I called s chand ccare nos but they are all non responsive and busy.

My name is dr. Jyoti pradhan. I ordered a book (Order no. Schand/201708/699). I received the book on 17/08/17. I made the payment on 10th august 2017 evening for the book. I got a call on 11th august 2017 from a phone number ([protected]), the person who has called me said that he is from s chand publishing company. He said, he wanted to verify my card number, which i gave. After that he sent me one time password (Otp) to my moblie. He forced me to tell the otp by saying that otherwise book will not be sent. I gave it, which was my mistake and rs. 13500 was debited from my account. I have lodged a police complaint. But its my sincere request to you to find out who are taking care of payments and receipts (Accounts) in your company. I am sure these people only are doing this. I have no other proof than the phone number and my bank transactions. I beleive you will take this in a serious note and address my problem.

I had purchased two books primary school grammar and composite mathematics for class iii online and payment made on 01 st june 17. Order no. Schand/201706/005. It was told that the same would be delivered within 5-6 days. The same is yet to be delivered to me. I send a e-mail for knowing the status of the order, but no reply has been given to me till date.

My Name is Vinay Vats I have Order a book HL Ahuja Advance Microeconomics on 10/09/2016 and according to site it will be delivered in 3-7 days but it has been 9 days and I have not received the book till now. My Order no is SCHAND/201609/547 and when I check my order status on their site it order under process as I have already made the payment online there is nothing I can do now. When I call on customer care they told me that book was out of stock and but when I booked the order it was showing in stock and when I ask when did I will received the book they told me to call back later and they never call me back.

It is like fraud if the book was not in stock so they should have shown it out of stock and should not accept the Order.

I purchased a S Chand Book, Quantitative Aptitude Book by R S Aggarwal. from one outlet in Avenue Road, Kaveri Book Center, Bangalore - 560002.

I found it was counterfeit the next day. I went to the shop again the next day, and the shopkeeper said, "you complain to the police or wherever". The book looks cheap, but I paid the full amount, and I am dejected.

The address of the Shop is: No 48, P.S. Building, Avenue Road, Bangalore - 560002.
On asking the shopkeeper, I was told, the book was sent from S Chand publications only. Kindly help, since these pirated books are a huge Business, and dupe people of their money. The book I purchased is not worth the money I paid.

I had placed an order on 10 th April and made payment on 14th. Then I received confirmation mail from S Chand regarding my order, that Payment received order under verification. But so far i had not received the book. I sent mails to them but there is no reply from them for my any of the mails. So kindly help.

On 7 feb 2016, i ordered a book of name "fundamental of organic
chemistry" of s.Chand publications. I have ordered this book online and payed the full amount through online mode. Next day there was a mail stating that the order has been cancelled and reason was the out of stock of that product, and the money refund will be dealt with the corresponding bank.

Today is 26/2/16, i have inquired the canara bank from where i made transactions. Till now i didn't receive any refund. I have mailed the publication regarding this two weeks back, but no action was taken.

I had placed one order SCHAND/201506/1430 on 29th June. Although they claim delivery of product within 5-7 business days, yet till now there is no update regarding status of this order. I have called them 2-3 times, but they were unable to answer my query.

This publication claims itself a reputed one but there are a lot of blunders in the various books of this publication. The writer R.S. AGARWAL wrote arithmatic for competitive exams. It has blunders in the problems' solutions. He doesn't reply of the suggestions as well. He is playing with the career of the aspirants. Candidates are willing to demand compesations also from him.
