I did my graduation from SOL in the year 2009 with SOL ROLL NO[protected] and exam roll no 2382180 . They said that they posted my degree on 02/14/2012 which I still didn't get it. You can demand for the details of post sent to you. Write a letter to the Examination Branch of SOL asking them to provide you details of the status of your degree certificate. In case you know any other student who graduated in the same year as you, enquire from them if they too have recieved their degree certificates or not.

You can request for a duplicate certificate by applying for the same at the SOL headoffice. In case you not wish to do that, you can get a provisional certificate issued from the SOL so as to apply to other places till you recieve your certificate.

hey friend go to online RTI website if your complaint is not answered and not resolved. Online RTI is useful to get response from these colleges go to online RTI website and ask question, complaints and problems .Now uninversity of delhi is online under Online RTI website and you can file RTI online the .The University of delhi is public authority under department of higher education and you can file RTI from your any debit card at RS 10 if you don't now how to file RTI you can go to you tube videos and search about how to file RTI offline and Online .also to be noted that the school of open learning comes under university of delhi and if you file RTI online to university delhi about school of open learning they transfer your question to school of open learning so my friend this is very great now you can get response and your complaint get resolved from RTI so go for RTI and tell about other also the power of RTI.
