School Of Open Learning — Payment failed but the amount got billed | |||
I attempted payment of Rs 4040 at Delhi University School of Learning at the ICICI payment gateway using my SBI card. The payment showed an error and after few hours the payment gateway reopened citing previous payment as a failed attempt. My brother then made the payment next day using his SBI card which was successful and generated a receipt. My first payment attempt, despite being failed, still got billed to me as Rs 4040 and claimed by the merchant BILL JUNCTION INR. I tried customer helpline several times, but they were either switched off or not in existence. Please help Was this information helpful? | |||
