[Resolved]  School Of Open Learning — regarding refund of fee amount

I am a student of sol b.com (P) having enrolment number[protected]. I jave made a payment of demand letter of my 2nd year admission on 16.11.2019 at 10:58pm. The amount got deducted from my account but the site reflected that payment got failed.
Kindly provide me my amount as a refund so that i will be able to fill the form again as early as possible the furthur details would be mentioned on image attached.

Problem is resolved by confirming about payment on 21.11.2019 and slip and isd generated on 23.11.2019 at 6:35 pm Thanks for ur cooperation

Updated by Aftab.alam995 No update regarding transaction till now, and the website either not providing the payment options from last 3 days to make the payment again or not generated fee receipt till now.
It always showing your last payment is active try after 120 minutes subsequently.

Updated by Aftab.alam995 Problem is resolved by SOL on 23.11.2019 by generating fee slips and also updated about it on 21.11.2019.

Hello Sir

I have made the payment for exam form for 3rd year and amount gets deducted from my bank account and the site is showing that transaction is failed and site is showing that last payment is active so try after 120 minutes but it is more than that.

Kindly help as I have to file exam form
