श्रीमान जी निवेदन यह है कि मेरे गांव खैरा मोहल्ला साधवाड़ा गली नंबर 1 और 2 में प्रेम पत्नी विरेंदर द्वारा गैर कानूनी रूप से 20-22 भैंस द्वारा पशु डेयरी का संचालन किया जा रहा है और साफ सफाई का कोई ध्यान नहीं रखा जा रहा है जिससे आसपास के निवासियों के स्वास्थ्य पर बुरा प्रभाव पड़ रहा है आसपास के घरों में गोबर व मूत्र की बदबू लगातार बनी रहती है जिससे घरों में रहना दुभर हो गया है और आसपास के घरों में बीमारियों का प्रकोप लगातार बना रहता है जिसके बारे में आसपास के व्यक्तियों द्वारा कई बार आपत्ति दर्ज की जा चुकी है लेकिन डेयरी संचालिका यह कहती है कि वह एमसीडी वालों को प्रति महीने अवैध रूप से पशु डेयरी चलाने के लिए काफी मोटी रकम रिश्वत के रूप में देती है और वह यहां से इस डेयरी को नहीं हट आएगी। मेरा आपसे निवेदन है कि कानूनी तौर पर यह डेयरी अवैध रूप से चलाई जा रही है जिसमें प्रशासन का भी पूर्ण रूप से सहयोग डेरी संचालिका को प्राप्त है अतः श्रीमान जी से निवेदन है कि अवैध रूप से चलाई जा रही उपरोक्त डेयरी को यहां से हटवाया जाए वह भारी से भारी जुर्माने से दंडित किया जावे।

Have filed a complaint with MDC on Sat 12/2/ ([protected]) that a stray dog in the house complex is biting all and sundry and there have been quite a few cases in the recent past. This dog is a menace to the children and elders in the society and is to be removed from the society complex and to be kept in shelter available for such dogs
We have been asked to contact [protected] for immediate action - however this phone has been continuously ringing in several attempts and no response.
Kindly take immediate appropriate action to protect the visitors and citizens of the GG3 DDA Flats complex

A toilet is being illegally constructed in the open back offset/ backlane.
this is not allwed and strongly objected too by the neighbours.
pls have it removed.

This is to complain about the Anganwadi ASHA worker of our area - Roshanpura, Najafgarh, i.e. Ms. Narayani (as written on Delhi Govt portal). I got her phone number from the website only and called her N no. of times but she never picked up. Also, I've never heard about or seen her in the area, she never comes.

My concern is, I recently got Covid positive in Jan'22 and as soon as the data went to Delhi Govt, I got a call from the nearest dispensary that I would be getting few necessary medicines with Oxy meter & Thermometer, which I'll be getting in a day or two. After that I kept calling them almost thrice daily but no one showed up. Contacting that person again, who called me, I got to know that my area's ASHA worker took the kit and was supposed to hand it over to me, but I think she kept the kit with her only and did not give it to me when I was suffering from the illness, when I needed them the most.

Still I am trying to get in touch with those people, but no one responds. I hope my request to you will be answered as frauds are not acceptable. It is not that I cannot afford medicines, it is about my right that I couldn't get & someone else had kept with herself.

Kindly provide the needful help.

The owner Mr. RC Dhankar made illegal and unauthorised construction in the shape of room located in the street i complaint against him in SDMC via Grievance No. GRV/STZ/2022/176724 but till dated no action has been taken against him even a single notice not issued to him kindly check and take the action as per MCD ACT...

It is to inform that today in Indra Park Palam colony street no 7 sewage cleaning was done and the waste was dumped openly so therefore it is requested to clean the waste as soon as possible.

I live in savitri nagar (sheikh sarai) mandir lane_2nd no. gali.
In our area there are some sweepers they clean main road but not clean our gali, very mess and garbage is always there no cleaning at all.. some sweeper are come but not brooming properly, if we tell them they still not do anything.. they was like i don't care.. so much flies, mosquitos are always there because of not cleanliness..

Please do something.. we are very worried about it

Would like to bring this to your attention that illegal encroachments have been made by the builder in G block service lane behind G 48 and also illegally the main sewer line has been openly tapped to use as bathroom for the labor. This encroachments was done in October with the connivance of the local staff and still Carrying on despite several requests to remove.

You are requested to please initiate proceedings and stop this illegal activity.

Yesterday I had uploaded name correction letter in SDMC portal in order to change my baby name which had been issued by hospital after submitting affidavit copy, application and parents Aadhar card. Today it got rejected by Assistant public health inspector without mentioning any reason. I am trying to call their helpdesk number but no one is taking the call.

This is very urgent for my baby admission because we want to update her name before admission in school. As we all know the admission is going to close very soon in delhi.

Hope this is more enough to clarify my issue.

Sir,
I am the owner of D.D.A. flat No. BC/11F, Munirka where I am living with my family. I wish to bring to
your kind notice with pain the following facts for redressal.
The owner of flat No. BC/11H, above my flat has intentially damaged the floor of his flat in such a way
that there is constant seepage in my flat. The seepage takes place in my kitchen, wash room,
varandah, drawing room and bed rooms. The seepage is in the form of flowing water. The water flows
from even electricity boards and even the big pieces of plaster of kitchen roof is falling. My whole flat
is constantly emanating very foul smell which become severe in rainy season. Sir, I am living with my
wife, son. daughter-in-law and grand children. We are always in fear of getting hurt because of falling
big pieces of plaster of roof and also to get electrocuted.
The matter has been brought to the notice of Sh. R.S.Bhatt, owner and R/o flat No. BC/11H several
times but instead of repairing he says I am doing it to harass you. This regular seepage is damaging the
whole building, consisting of eight flats. It not only damaging the property but also endangering the
life of the occupants of all the eight flats. My several requests to Sh. R.S.Bhatt have not yielded any
results and left me with no other alternative than to trouble S.D.M.C.
I, therefore, humbly request you to please look into the matter from human angle to sort out the
problem before any major mis-happening takes place.

I live on Road No 73 (House No. 18) West Punjabi Bagh, just opposite Guru Harkishan Public School. As we know Punjabi Bagh is one of the poshest colonies of Delhi, but since ages one of the drains just adjacent to our house boundary wall is uncovered. I must also mention that nearly all drains in our vicinity are covered or being covered from time to time. Despite my repeated visits & complaints at MCD office opp Church, Punjabi Bagh, over the period of almost 2 years, no action has been taken so far. The uncovered drain is a nuisance as it is a breeding ground for mosquitoes. We get it cleaned every now & then at our expense. MCD officials visit our homes regularly to check standing water but fail to improve their own infrastructure.
I request the concerned authorities to kindly do the needful & contribute to Swachh Bharat, especially when the elections are just around the corner.

This is covney that I filed complaint at MCD phone and my complaint No is 1138 regarding 1 dog in our Street They have biting the children and passerby regularly but MCD has never responded for over 3 months now. This has been very frustrating and pathetic.

In DDA Flats, Munirka, ND-67 there is already a large liquor shop in the main market of the colony which is already causing massive traffic jam on the main road and the IIT/JNU flyover. It's become a nightmare for the residents of the colony to drive out as the road is mostly blocked due to wrong parking on the main road by people running in to buy liquor and on top of it there are street hawkers who've put up their carts on the road and the footpath to cater to the liquor buyers.

Now there's another Liquor Shop being constructed in the local/small market of DDA Flats A street, Munirka within less than quarter of a mile distance. This is a forewarning to you all to expect accidents, robberies, eve teasing, longer traffic jams and the safety of women and children compromised completely. The street had become very peaceful and incident free since the last liquor shop in this market closed a couple of months back, but the whole horror scenario is set to repeat if you respected gentlemen do not take immediate action and not let this illegal and ill conceived shop open.

Simple question to us all is whether there should be two shops at such short distance between each other. Is liquor a life saving drug that has to be brought into the small localities to make their lives miserable?

My and most of my colony residents request you to save our colony from the drunk and hooligan folks who're capable of committing heinous crimes and putting the lives of the residents of the colony, specially women, elderly and children at risk every day. Please don't act after the crime has been committed, act before it can be committed.

Kindly take action today and have this shop closed or relocated to a place where regular residents of any colony are not impacted.

I am living in F- Block Sewak Park dwarka mor Delhi-110059. One street dog is sitting in our building and become more violent & aggressive. Attacking kids ND ladies

He bite several people in our locality in last few days. Today also, one child became victim of them.

Please send street dogs catcher team as it is a question of human life.

Subject: Pruning of Trees in Munirka DDA Flats, New Delhi.

Dear Sir,

Our colony was constructed in 1972 is 46 year old. The Trees were planted at that time and have grown taller and heavy. The colony is full of senior citizens.

The major problem is behind A Street where the National Institute of Health and Family Welfare is situated. The trees from their area have crossed over the boundary and have entered our side and stopping sunlight. In some houses the trees are touching the houses and the squirrels and other animals enter the houses and damage the property. Several times representations of Residents have met the officials of the institute but all in vain.

At many places the trees are bending due to weight and in past several vehicles have been damaged due to tree fall.

Walls of parks are developing cracks as the trees are touching the walls. At several place the plaster of the wall has fallen down. At C Block T on A Street, side wall of the park has fallen down.

The trees needs heavy to light pruning and in proper way so as to avoid and mis-happening such as trees/ branches getting uprooted or breaking.

The horticulture staff of MCD of Munirka DDA Flats, may be instructed to see and do the needful at the earliest.

You are requested to give permission at large for whole colony so that the work can be carried out smoothly.
