[Resolved] Self — Goibibo-Refund not done for failed transactions | |||
Hi, I tried to book a bus ticket on 5th Dec 2013 with the CITIOMG offer. But the transaction failed thrice and the amount is debited from my credit card. (Rs.510 * 3) Only one ticket was booked successfully, i tried three times again but other transactions failed. I didn't receive an email with the GOIBIBO Number or something for the failed transactions. I clicked on the option "Initiate Refund" and later i didn't receive or see any status of that. My credit card bill came and it reflects the debit of Rs.1530 for the failed transactions too. How could i track the refund if nothing is received to my mail? Failed Transaction details: Booked on: Dec 5th, Time: 1.57 PM Bus Ticket from Erode to Chennai Booked with CITI bank credit card and the number ends with 7672 Amount Deducted: Rs.510 Three times Transaction failed and the ticket not booked for three times.
