Self — non receipt of two wheeler loan statement from l& t finance-two wheeler and non receipt of insurance policy

My name ashesh d trivedi. Living in ahmedabad city of gujarat state.

I took activa 4g in the month of january'2018. Since than i had not received loan agreement statement (Emi statement).

On 5th of every month my emi is deducted from my bank account, but till date i had not received emi statement.

My l&t finance - two wheeler loan agreement no is 3662093.

Moreover i had not received any insurance policy till date even asked for more than 3 times from dealer as well as from l&t finance.

Only i have received cover note till date.

Question:- is l& t finance employee working as lic agent???
